He was born in Panama in 1971 into a diplomatic family deeply rooted in politics and service. values of discipline, resilience, and service. After completing his studies in Literature and Philosophy in Ohio, he earned a Master’s in Education. These academic foundations set the stage for a life defined not just by what he built, but by how and why he built it.
